INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS
You are purchasing this course for yourself.
1. Select “Purchase” for the course you wish to buy.
2. Select “Create a New Account”.
3. Under Account Type, select: “You are purchasing this course for yourself.”
4. Fill in your contact information.
5. Click “Proceed”.
6. Congratulations! Your account has been created, click “Continue”.
7. If you have been given a Promotion, Access Code or PIN, please enter it into the space provided.
8. Click “Continue”.
9. If your code allows you free access to the course, click “Go To My Account” and you will be sent directly to your “My Account” (see “My Account” for more information).
10. If you need to pay for the course, click “Buy Now” and you will be able to purchase the course through PayPal.
STEPS FOR PAYPAL a) If you do not have a PayPal account, please set up one by selecting “Continue” on the PayPal page and follow the directions. Once you have completed your account information, please login to PayPal. If you have an account with PayPal, login to your account. b) Review your Lifelearn CE payment with PayPal. c) Click "Pay Now".
11. Once you have completed your payment, you will be directed back to your Lifelearn CE, “My Account” page (see “My Account” for more information).
NOTE: It takes PayPal and Lifelearn CE a few moments to reconnect; if your program doesn’t appear when you return to “My Account”, please refresh your internet page.
How do team members sign-in if given access code by a Manager? Once you have given an access code to one of your team members, he/she will need to follow these steps:
1. Select “Purchase” for the course your Manager has assigned you.
2. Select “Create a New Account”.
3. Under Account Type, select: “You are purchasing this course for yourself.”
4. Fill in your contact information.
5. Click “Proceed”.
6. Congratulations! Your account has been created, click “Continue”.
7. Enter the access code provided by your Manager.
8. Click “Continue”.
9. Double check your payment information, click “Go to My Account”.
10. You will be directed to “My Account” (see “My Account” for more information).
My Account Course Title, Quiz Score, Time Remaining, Completion, Completed Date and View Course.
1. Login to “My Account” by entering your username and password into the “Client Login” box on the top right side of the homepage.
2. To view the course, click “View Course”.
3. The course will open and you will be able to navigate through the program.
Note: Watch your time remaining. If at any point, you need to take a break from the program, hit “Close Window” and your time will pause.
4. When you have completed the course, click “Take Quiz”.
5. The quiz is a series of multiple choice questions in which you must attain 70% or higher to pass and receive your CE certificate. Once you have completed the quiz, click “Submit Quiz”.
6. After you pass the quiz, click “Feedback”.
7. Once you have submitted your feedback, click “Submit Evaluation Form”.
8. Select “Close Window” to return to “My Account” page.
9. In your “My Account” under “Completion” you will see “Certificate”. Click “Certificate” to view, email, save and/or print your CE certificate.
10. To purchase more courses as an individual user, click “Buy More Courses”.
MANAGER ACCOUNTS
You are a manager purchasing and assigning courses for your team members? 1. Select “Purchase” for the course you wish to buy.
2. Select “Create a New Account”.
3. Under Account Type, select: “You are a manager purchasing this course for others.”
4. Fill in your contact information.
5. Click “Proceed”.
6. If you are purchasing more than 1 seat (course), please enter the number of seats in the appropriate box.
7. If you have been given a Promotion, Access Code or PIN, please enter it into the space provided. Please use a comma to separate multiple numbers.
8. Click “Continue”.
9. If your code allows you free access to the course, you will be sent directly to your “Manager’s Account”, by clicking “Go to My Manager Account” (skip to #12).
10. If you need to pay for the course, click “Buy Now” and you will be able to purchase the course through PayPal.
STEPS FOR PAYPAL a) If you do not have a PayPal account, please set up one by selecting “Continue” on the PayPal page and follow the directions. Once you have completed your account information, please login to PayPal. If you have an account with PayPal, login to your account. b) Review your Lifelearn CE payments with PayPal. c) Click "Pay Now".
11. Once you have completed your payment, you will be directed back to the Lifelearn CE home page. Please login to your “Manager Account” using your newly created username and password.
12. In your Manager’s Account, click “Manage Courses”. This shows the courses you have purchased, the number of seats purchased, the number of seats remaining and access codes.
13. To give your team members access to the program you have purchased, select “Download Access Codes” under the Access Codes heading.
14. An Excel document will open with 8-digit access codes for your team.
15. Give 1 access code to each of your learners; this will allow access to the course and you will be able to track their progress (see “How Do Manager Users Sign-in” and “Tracking Users” for more information).
NOTE: Your Manager’s Account allows you to manage your team members ONLY. You can’t view a purchased course from your Manager’s Account. You will need to set up your own individual account, assign yourself and access code to view the course.
Tracking Users 1. Login to your Manager’s Account.
2. Click “View Reports”.
3. In “View Reports”, you can see the User Name(s), Course(s) Taken, Quiz Score, Time Remaining, Completion Status and the Completion Date.
4. To view your data in an Excel document, select “Export Data”.
